Regarding the commentary's statement, "Seventh, unimpededness between cause and effect, because there is no obstacle to manifesting causes": that is, each single pore manifests Vairocana's own bodies received and deeds accomplished during his past births when practicing the bodhisattva path, and also manifests clouds of bodies of all bodhisattvas of the ten directions. And in the subsequent sūtra text, bodhisattvas as numerous as dust motes, like Superior Sound, emerge from between his eyebrows. Also, the first fascicle states: "All the spiritual transformations of the Buddhas of the three times / are seen without exception within the light." The fifth fascicle states: "The Buddha displays spiritual powers through original vows, / illuminating all the ten directions without exception; / just as the Buddha cultivated practices in the past, / all is expounded within the net of light." The sixth fascicle states: "Within each Buddha's body, / for inconceivable millions of kalpas, / they practiced the pāramitās, / and adorned and purified the lands." Passages such as these are very numerous.
