44.19

On the commentary's "Both those already transformed and those not yet transformed have the two meanings of abandoning and clinging": clinging to those already transformed means saying they belong to oneself. Those not yet transformed do not yet belong [to oneself], so one does not cling to them. Some cling to those not yet transformed because they are those who should be transformed. Those already transformed are finished, so one does not cling to them.
