As for the Commentary saying, "From the empowerment division onward, all are the transmission [section]": Streaming one's own virtues to that stage of faith is spoken of as transmission; if regarding the revelation of the benefit of the Dharma and reaching future generations, then it falls under the category of teaching. The bodhisattvas of faithful practice will be clarified immediately below.
