The commentary states: "He is also able to cause those who see to believe." Above, speaking in terms of the true body, faith naturally belongs to the Buddha; here, with respect to the true body, faith also belongs to the receptive capacity, because the adornments of the major and minor marks visibly become accomplished through this, thereby causing sentient beings to have faith.
