二「如是觀察」已下可八行經，明普賢告眾，歎諸佛十種之智海十不可思議。

Second, the approximately eight lines of scripture from "Having contemplated in this manner" onward clarify Samantabhadra addressing the assembly and praising the ten kinds of ocean-like wisdom and ten inconceivabilities of the Buddhas.
