將釋此品，約作五門分別：一釋品名目、二釋品來意、三明品之宗趣、四明信心退住、五隨文釋義。

In about to explain this chapter, five approaches are generally adopted for analysis: first, explaining the title of the chapter; second, explaining the reason for the chapter's occurrence; third, clarifying the chapter's central theme and purpose; fourth, clarifying regression and abiding of the faithful mind; fifth, interpreting the meaning by following the text.
