2.19

一是一切諸佛自體根本理智大悲。法界圓滿無限之乘，非是三乘權施設故，甚深廣大無比。

First is the fundamental principle, wisdom, and great compassion of the essence of all Buddhas. It is the limitless vehicle complete throughout the dharmadhātu; because it is not a provisional establishment of the three vehicles, it is profound, vast, and incomparable.
