四「爾時十方諸佛」已下至「法界智印善印故」有九行經，明十方諸佛與金剛藏菩薩十種力令說法自在分。

Fourth, from 'At that time the Buddhas of the ten directions' down to 'because of being well sealed by the dharmadhātu's wisdom-seal,' consisting of nine lines of sūtra text, is the section clarifying that the Buddhas of the ten directions bestowed ten kinds of power upon Vajragarbha Bodhisattva to enable him to expound the Dharma with sovereignty.
