23.6

第六會他化自在天宮說十地，表至欲際之頂。又表依眾生而應化故，無自化也。故借此天處，以表化他之智故。又此天處是魔波旬所居，明十地位智伏心魔也，成大慈悲之行令成熟故。

The sixth assembly takes place in the Paranirmitavaśavartin Deva Palace to expound the ten grounds, representing reaching the peak of the desire realm. It also represents responding and transforming in reliance on sentient beings, lacking any self-transformation. Hence, this heavenly abode is borrowed to represent the wisdom that transforms others. Furthermore, this heavenly abode is where Māra Pāpīyas resides, clarifying that the wisdom of the ten grounds subdues the mental māras, accomplishing and bringing to maturity the practice of great compassion.
