Fourth, that this bodhisattva truly knows the various aspects of the minds of sentient beings speaks of them in summary. The so-called "aspect of manifold arising" refers to the manifold objects conditioned by the mind. The "aspect of rapid turning" refers to the destruction of arising and ceasing, impermanence, not staying for a kṣaṇa. The "aspect of non-destruction" refers to worldly impermanence, which is called the aspect of destruction; when the worldly aspect has no formation, there is no destruction—this is the aspect of equality between the mundane and supramundane. The "aspect of formlessness" refers to, for example, the mind contemplating emptiness and forming views of emptiness and signlessness. The "aspect of boundlessness" refers to forming boundless thoughts. The "aspect of purity" refers to such aspects of purity, and one truly knows them in this way as defiled or pure, bound or unbound, even truly knowing them up to the measureless. The above explains that the bodhisattva at this stage truly knows the various aspects of mental thoughts, being able to know them through wisdom.
