30.28

二釋說法之主者，明菩薩攝化住持之行，是心王自在隨智之行故。令心王菩薩說此住處之品，總明隨自心王起智用故，明以普賢行成忍已後，皆名心王，於世自在，明不與物違。

Second, as for explaining the preacher of the Dharma: it explains that the bodhisattvas' practices of embracing, transforming, and maintaining are the sovereign practices of the Mind King that accord with wisdom. Thus, Mind King Bodhisattva is made to preach this chapter on dwelling places to comprehensively show that wisdom's functions arise in accord with one's own Mind King. It explains that after perfecting tolerance through Samantabhadra's practice, all are called the Mind King, sovereign in the world, showing that they do not conflict with things.
