二示善知識所居國土者，南方有國名為勝樂者，為明理智虛無能淨煩惱，名為勝樂。

Second, regarding the indication of the country in which the kalyāṇamitra dwells: that there is a country in the south named Sugobhita (Supreme Joy) is to illuminate that when principle and wisdom are empty and nonexistent, they can purify afflictions; hence it is named 'Supreme Joy'.
