十三從其頭上出無量佛剎微塵數諸菩薩眾者，明修行至法之頭，表行遍滿故。
Thirteenth, from his head emerge assemblies of bodhisattvas equal to the dust motes of immeasurable buddha-lands: this clarifies that practice reaches the head of Dharma, symbolizing that practice is all-pervasive.
