35.5

一足下出無數百千億長者居士婆羅門眾周遍十方者，表足是所行之行，還從其中出行故。為長者、居士、婆羅門是世間仁士之行故。

First, from under his feet emerge countless hundreds of thousands of koṭis of elders, householders, and brāhmaṇa assemblies that pervade the ten directions: this symbolizes that the feet are where practices are walked, and from them practices emerge anew, for the practices of elders, householders, and brāhmaṇas are the conduct of benevolent people in the world.
