4.7

一念佛力修戒發願力生於淨土者，是化淨土非真淨土，為非見性及不了無明是一切如來根本智故、是有為故，如《阿彌陀經》是也。

First, those who rely on the power of mindfulness of the Buddha, cultivate precepts, and generate the power of vows to be born in a pure land are born into a transformed pure land, not a true pure land; because it is not seeing the nature and does not realize that ignorance is the fundamental wisdom of all Tathāgatas, and because it is conditioned, as in the *Amitābha Sūtra*.
