第四權教菩薩見佛攝化境界者，初地百佛、二地千佛、三地萬佛境界以漸增，如三乘大乘教說。

Fourth, regarding the realm of the Buddha's gathering and transforming as seen by bodhisattvas of the provisional teaching: the first ground is a realm of one hundred buddhas, the second ground a thousand buddhas, the third ground ten thousand buddhas, gradually increasing in this manner, as explained in the Mahāyāna teachings of the three vehicles.
