9.12

六〈毘盧遮那品〉，即明引古證今，令眾信順，法不虛來古今相照，令信不疑。今此初會六品經，皆有意趣。就六品之中，還依會釋，分為二門：一〈世主妙嚴品〉一品經，明佛始成正覺，略示依正二報之所莊嚴。二〈如來現相品〉已下五品經，明示果勸修。於此二門，且於初門〈世主妙嚴〉一品，義分十門。

Sixth, the Chapter on Vairocana cites the ancient to verify the present, causing the assembly to believe and accord, showing that the Dharma does not arise in vain but ancient and present illuminate each other, inspiring belief without doubt. Now, these six chapters of the initial assembly all have their intended purposes. Within these six chapters, following the explanation of the assembly, they are divided into two sections: first, the single chapter, Chapter on the Wondrous Adornments of the Rulers of the World, clarifies that when the Buddha first attained right awakening, he briefly displayed the adornments of the circumstantial and primary fruitions; second, the five chapters from the Chapter on the Manifestation of the Tathāgata's Marks onward clarify the fruit to encourage practice. Regarding these two sections, within the first section of the single Chapter on the Wondrous Adornments of the World Rulers, the meaning is divided into ten headings.
