9.37

九依今唐朝藏法師，決定將如來成道定二七日說《華嚴經》。已上見佛說法前後不同，皆是隨自見佛說法前後不同，非是依本法界成實之說。

Ninth, relying on Dharma Master Fazang of the present Tang dynasty: he definitively determined that the Tathāgata preached the Avataṃsaka Sūtra in the second period of seven days after attaining the Way. The above differences in seeing before and after regarding the Buddha preaching the Dharma are all differences in seeing before and after regarding the Buddha preaching the Dharma according to their own perspectives; they are not statements based on the actualization of the fundamental dharmadhātu.
