2.21

Third, this sūtra expounds the fundamental reward lands of all Buddhas, the oceans of the ten Lotus Treasury World Systems. The lowest world of each and every Lotus Treasury has vast lands as numerous as the dust motes of ten Buddha worlds, purely adorned; and each vast land is surrounded by retinues of small lands as numerous as the dust motes of ten Buddha worlds, multiplying progressively above. Each and every Lotus Treasury World fills empty space, mutually penetrating in multifold inexhaustibility, profound, vast, and incomparable.
