1.59

爾時金剛幢菩薩入智光三昧，各過十方十萬佛剎微塵數世界外有十萬佛剎塵佛，同號金剛幢（餘如前）。列十迴向名，釋初救護眾生迴向，具行六度四無量等，迴此善根饒益眾生，令至究竟永離眾苦，令得一切智，以入一切法平等性故。等視眾生，如日天子出現世間，不以乾闥婆城、阿修羅手、閻浮提樹、崇巖邃谷、塵霧煙雲等物之所覆障隱而不現。

At that time, Bodhisattva Vajradhvaja entered the samādhi of wisdom light. Outside worlds as many as dust motes in one hundred thousand buddha-lands across each of the ten directions, there were buddhas as many as dust motes in one hundred thousand buddha-lands, all named Vajradhvaja (the rest is as before). He listed the names of the ten dedications, and explained the first: the dedication of saving and protecting sentient beings, fully practicing the six perfections, four immeasurables, and so on, dedicating these roots of goodness to benefit sentient beings, causing them to reach the ultimate and forever leave behind all suffering, and causing them to attain all-knowledge through entering into the equality of all dharmas. He views sentient beings equally, just as the sun god appearing in the world is not veiled and hidden from view by such things as Gandharva cities, Asura hands, Jambudvīpa trees, towering peaks, deep ravines, dust, fog, smoke, or clouds.
