1.61

（二十五卷）五無盡功德藏迴向，懺除業障，所起善根迴向，莊嚴一切佛土，無有分別等。得十無盡藏。六隨順堅固一切善根迴向，此菩薩或為帝王臨御大國，威德廣被靡不歸順，發號施令悉依正法，周行率土，於法自在。見者咸伏，不刑不罰，感德從化。以四攝法攝諸眾生，具足修行一切布施。

(Fascicle 25) Fifth, the dedication of the inexhaustible treasury of merit: repenting and eliminating karmic obstacles, dedicating the roots of goodness that have arisen, adorning all buddha-lands without discrimination, and so on. He attains the ten inexhaustible treasuries. Sixth, the dedication of following and consolidating all roots of goodness: this bodhisattva may become a monarch ruling a great country, his majesty and virtue spreading broadly so that none fail to submit; his issuing of commands and orders all rely on the true Dharma; traveling across all the lands, he is master of the Dharma. Those who see him all submit; without penalties or punishments, they are moved by his virtue and follow his transformation. Through the four means of embracing, he gathers in sentient beings, fully cultivating all giving.
