「佛告勝鬘」下，第二如來許說。說既合理，任其斟酌，故言恣聽汝說。

"The Buddha told Śrīmālā" onwards is, second, the Tathāgata granting permission to expound. Since her expounding is already in accord with the principle, he leaves it to her discretion; hence he says, "Listen to your expounding as you please."
