經曰「於無量世界現成等覺」者，述云：此後、廣歎權德。有二：此初、總嘆也。有說：諸菩薩各於一界成佛化生，故云無量世界。此必不然。初地菩薩神通境界尚百佛世界，況亦法雲菩薩化物世界可得稱數？而言各於一界，必非正理故。今即一一菩薩各於無量世界現化，故於無量世界現成等覺。

The sūtra says: "manifesting the attainment of equal enlightenment in immeasurable worlds." The commentary states: This subsequent part extensively praises their expedient virtues. It has two parts: this first part is a general praise. Some say: Each bodhisattva attains buddhahood and transforms beings in a single world; hence the text says "immeasurable worlds." This is definitely not so. The supernatural sphere of a bodhisattva of the first stage already encompasses a hundred buddha worlds, so how could the worlds in which a bodhisattva of the Cloud of Dharma transforms beings be counted? Thus, to say that each is in a single world is definitely not correct doctrine. Now, each individual bodhisattva manifests transformations in immeasurable worlds, and therefore they "manifest the attainment of equal enlightenment in immeasurable worlds."
