經曰「設我得佛」至「不取正覺」者，述云：此第三、常修梵行願也。

The sūtra says: "If, when I attain Buddhahood..." up to "may I not attain complete enlightenment." The commentary states: This is the third [vow], the vow to constantly cultivate pure conduct (brahmacarya).
