經曰「設我得佛」至「不取正覺」者，述云：此第二、攝自國眾生願。有三：此初、衣服應念願也。

The sūtra says: "If, when I attain Buddhahood..." up to "may I not attain complete enlightenment." The commentary states: This is the second [section], the vows gathering the sentient beings of his own realm. There are three: this first is the vow of clothing appearing according to thought.
