經曰「供養一切佛」至「通達靡不照」者，述云：此第四、重歎自德也。

The sūtra says: "Making offerings to all buddhas..." up to "penetrating all, leaving none unillumined." The commentary states: This is the fourth, repeatedly praising his personal virtue.
