經曰「或為長者」至「一切諸佛」者，述云：此次、別歎也。有說：長者即隨類生，剎利等即最勝生，六欲天等即增上生。非也。長者亦應勝生，諸天亦何非勝生故。

Regarding the passage from "or as an elder" to "all the Buddhas": The commentary states: This next part is praising specifically. Some say: the elder is birth in accord with kind; kṣatriyas and so forth are supreme birth; the six desire-realm heavens and so forth are superior birth. That is incorrect. The elder should also be a supreme birth, and why should the various devas not be supreme births?
