經曰「內外左右」至「各皆一等」者，述云：第四、池莊嚴。有二：此初、池相。有四：此初、池量也。即水莊嚴故，論云「寶華千萬種彌覆池流泉，微風動華葉交錯光亂轉」故。

Regarding the sūtra saying from “inside, outside, to the left and right” down to “each was of uniform [breadth and depth],” the commentary states: Fourth, the adornment of the ponds. There are two parts: this first [part] concerns the characteristics of the ponds. There are four points: this first is the dimensions of the ponds. This is the adornment of the water; hence the treatise says, “Ten million kinds of precious flowers entirely cover the ponds, streams, and springs; gentle breezes stir flower and leaf, crisscrossing radiant light in dazzling swirls.”
