經曰「何故威神光光乃爾」者，述云：此後、徵所為也。光光者，即顯曜之狀也。
The sūtra says: “Why is his majestic spirit so brilliantly radiant?” The commentary states: This is the latter part, investigating what is being manifested. “Brilliantly radiant” is the appearance of radiant shining.
