經曰「具足功德」至「普現道教」者，述云：此第三、雙結也。「具德難量」者，結其實德。「遊國顯教」者，結權德故。

The sūtra says: from "fully endowed with merit" up to "universally manifesting the teaching of the Path." The commentary states: This third part concludes both. 'Endowed with virtues difficult to measure' concludes their real virtues. 'Roaming lands to manifest the teachings' concludes their expedient virtues.
