經曰「彌勒白言」至「不敢有疑」者，述云：此第四、彌勒領解也。奉行者，領前勸脩之言，彰已奉行。不疑者，領勸捨疑，申自不疑。

On the sūtra's words from "Maitreya said" to "do not dare have any doubts": the commentary states: This is the fourth, Maitreya's comprehension. "Respectfully practicing" receives the preceding words urging practice and shows that he has already practiced them. "Not doubting" receives the urging to abandon doubt and expresses his own freedom from doubt.
