經曰「如是之惡」至「痛不可言」者，述云：此後、釋燒也。著者，著同幽明也。
The sūtra says: 'Evils such as these...' up to 'the pain is beyond words.' The commentary states: Afterwards, this explains the burning. 'Becoming manifest' (著) means becoming manifestly evident in both the unseen and visible realms.
