經曰「吾去世後」至「略言之耳」者，述云：此第三、以滅化損以勸修。有二：此初、彰去聖後損也。悉者，備也。

On the passage from the sūtra beginning "After I depart the world" to "briefly stated, that is all": the commentary states: This is the third part, encouraging cultivation through the loss caused by the extinction of the teaching. There are two parts: this first part manifests the loss after the Holy One has departed. Xi means completely.
