經曰「佛語彌勒」至「樂彼處不」者，述云：此第四、寄喻申過。有三：此初、立喻反問也。

On the passage from the sūtra from "The Buddha said to Maitreya" to "would they take delight in that place?", the commentary states: This is the fourth part, using a metaphor to explain the fault. It has three parts: this first part establishes the metaphor and poses a counter-question.
