經曰「若此眾生」至「修諸功德」者，述云：第二、勸令脩捨。有二：此初、正勸令修令捨也。識其本罪者，識本疑惑佛五智之罪，深自悔責，即離寶宮之處故。

On the passage from the sūtra from "If these sentient beings" to "cultivating all merits", the commentary states: The second section encourages cultivation and abandonment. It has two parts: this first part directly encourages them to cultivate and to abandon. 'Recognizing their original transgression' means recognizing their original transgression of doubting the Buddha's five wisdoms; deeply reproaching themselves with repentance, they then depart from the place of the jeweled palace.
