經曰「佛語彌勒」至「無過此難」者，述云：此第四、歎聞而令敬重也。

On the passage from the sūtra from "The Buddha said to Maitreya" to "there is nothing more difficult than this", the commentary states: This fourth part praises hearing [the sūtra] to inspire reverence.
