經曰「阿難其有」至「三十二相」者，述云：此第三、身相備足也。隨好不定，故不說之。

On the sūtra's words from "Ānanda, those who have" to "the thirty-two marks," the Commentary states: This third part concerns the physical marks being complete. The minor marks are not fixed, hence they are not spoken of.
