經曰「具足成就無量功德」者，述云：此第二、成德圓備。有二：此初、總歎也。
The sūtra says: "Fully accomplishing immeasurable virtues." The commentary states: This is the second [major section], perfecting virtues completely. It has two parts: this first part is a general praise.
