3.84

經曰「佛告彌勒」至「不可稱說」者，述云：第二、勸人往生。有二：初、結人土勝；後、正勸往生。初又有二：此初、結人德勝也。

On the passage in the sūtra from "The Buddha told Maitreya" to "inconceivable and indescribable": The commentary states: The second part is exhorting people to seek rebirth. It has two parts: first, concluding the excellence of the persons and the land; second, directly exhorting rebirth. The first also has two parts: this first concludes the excellence of the virtue of the persons.
