即此三品去時有異。云何異？上上去時，佛與無數化佛一時授手。上中去時，佛與千化佛一時授手。上下去時，佛與五百化佛一時授手。直是業有強弱，致使有斯差別耳！

Namely, there are differences at the time of departure among these three grades. How are they different? When the superior-upper departs, the Buddha together with countless transformation Buddhas simultaneously extend their hands. When the superior-middle departs, the Buddha together with one thousand transformation Buddhas simultaneously extend their hands. When the superior-lower departs, the Buddha together with five hundred transformation Buddhas simultaneously extend their hands. It is simply that karma has strength and weakness, which causes there to be these distinctions!
