一、從佛告阿難下，至身相光明已來，正明告命結成前像觀，生後真身之觀也。

First, from "The Buddha told Ānanda" down to "physical marks and light," it properly explains the verbal address concluding the previous image contemplation and giving rise to the subsequent contemplation of the true body.
