十四、從若有欲觀觀音下，至如觀掌中已來，正明重顯觀儀勸物傾心，使沾兩益。

Fourteenth, from "If there are those who wish to contemplate Avalokiteśvara" down to "as if looking into the palm of the hand," it properly explains re-revealing the contemplative protocol to urge beings to incline their minds, enabling them to receive both benefits.
