十三、從此觀成已下，正明總牒二身，辨觀成相。斯乃勢至威高坐搖他國，能使分身雲集演法利生，永絕胞胎常遊法界。

Thirteenth, from “when this contemplation is accomplished” onward, it directly summarizes the two bodies in general and distinguishes the characteristics of the accomplishment of the contemplation. This means that Mahāsthāmaprāpta’s majesty is exalted, and when he sits he shakes other lands, causing manifested bodies to gather like clouds to expound the Dharma and benefit sentient beings, forever severing the womb and constantly roaming the dharmadhātu.
