三、從與十二部經合下，至不失已來，正明定散無遺守心常憶。一則觀心明淨，二則諸惡不生。由內與法樂相應，外則無三邪之障。

Third, from “in accordance with the twelve divisions of scriptures” down to “not lost,” it directly explains that meditative and non-meditative [practices] are completely maintained, guarding the mind and constantly recollecting. First, the contemplative mind is bright and pure; second, various evils do not arise. Because within one is in accord with the joy of the Dharma, without there are no hindrances of the three evils.
