六、從此眾音中下，至念比丘僧已來，正明樂雖無識，即有說法之能。

Sixth, from "Within these various sounds" down to "mindful of the bhikṣu-Saṅgha," it directly explains that although the music has no consciousness, it possesses the ability to expound the Dharma.
