3.88

九、從令其蓮華下，至八萬四千光已來，正明寶華有種種莊嚴。即有其三。一明一一華葉備眾寶色。二明一一葉有眾多寶脈。三明一一脈有眾多光色。此令行者住心一一想之，悉令心眼得見。既見華葉已，次想葉間眾寶，次想寶出多光，光成寶蓋。次想華臺、臺上眾寶及珠網等，次想臺上四柱寶幢，次想幢上寶幔，次想幔上寶珠光明雜色遍滿虛空，各現異相。如是次第一一住心不捨，不久之間即得定心。既得定心，彼諸莊嚴一切顯現。應知。

Ninth, from "Cause each lotus blossom" down to "eighty-four thousand rays of light" directly clarifies that the jeweled blossoms have diverse adornments. There are three points. First, it clarifies that each petal is endowed with the colors of various jewels. Second, it clarifies that each petal has numerous jeweled veins. Third, it clarifies that each vein has numerous radiant colors. This causes the practitioner to stabilize the mind and visualize them one by one, enabling the mind's eye to see them all. Having seen the flower petals, next visualize the various jewels among the petals; next visualize the jewels emitting many rays of light, the light forming jeweled canopies; next visualize the flower platform, the various jewels upon the platform, and the pearl nets, and so forth; next visualize the four jeweled banners upon the platform; next visualize the jeweled drapes upon the banners; next visualize the multicolored radiance of the jeweled pearls upon the drapes, filling empty space and each manifesting different forms. In this sequence, steadily stabilizing the mind one by one without abandoning it, in no long time one will attain the samādhi mind. Once the samādhi mind is attained, all those adornments will become manifest. One should know this.
