二、從佛告阿難已下，正明如來雙標依正以立經名。又能依經起行，三障之雲自卷，答前初問云何名此經一句。

Second, the passage from "The Buddha addressed Ānanda" downward directly clarifies the Tathāgata setting forth both circumstantial and primary retribution to establish the title of the sūtra. Furthermore, being able to cultivate practice in accordance with the sūtra, the clouds of the three hindrances naturally disperse; this answers the earlier first question, 'What is the name of this sūtra?'
