五、從復有三種眾生已下，正明簡機，堪能奉法，依教修行。

Fifth, from 'Furthermore, there are three kinds of sentient beings' downward, directly explains the selection of faculties that are capable of upholding the Dharma and practicing in accordance with the teaching.
