三、從行此行者下，至迎接汝已來，正明彌陀與諸聖眾持臺來應。即有其五。一明行者命延不久。二明彌陀與眾自來。三明侍者持臺至行者前。四明佛與聖眾同聲讚歎述本所修之業。五明佛恐行者懷疑故言我來迎汝。

Third, from 'the practitioner who performs this practice' down to 'welcoming you,' directly clarifies Amitābha and all the sacred assembly bringing the pedestal to respond. There are five points: First, clarifies that the practitioner's lifespan will not last long. Second, clarifies that Amitābha and the assembly arrive in person. Third, clarifies the attendants bringing the pedestal before the practitioner. Fourth, clarifies the Buddha and the sacred assembly praising in unison and recounting the karma originally cultivated. Fifth, clarifies that the Buddha, fearing the practitioner might harbor doubts, says, 'I come to welcome you.'
