「『善哉韋提希！快問此事。』」悅可聖心，故云快問。三、勸囑，三：初、明是佛所教；二、依教修成；三、因修獲證。初、明是佛所教。

"'Excellent, Vaidehī! You have asked well about this matter.'" Because it delighted the sage's mind, he said "asked well". Third, exhorting and entrusting, has three parts: first, clarifying that it is taught by the Buddha; second, accomplishing practice according to the teaching; third, obtaining realization through cultivation. First, clarifying that it is taught by the Buddha.
